About Us

Cambria Primary Care is a new GP federation which was established in May 2018. It is a company limited by shares and includes four GP practices in North Ceredigion.

Vision

To improve patient outcomes by promoting the sustainability and resilience of the GP Practices in North Ceredigion.

GP Practices

The four GP practices who have formed Cambria Primary Care are:

• Borth Surgery, Borth
• Llanilar Health Centre, Llanilar
• Tanyfron Surgery, Aberaeron
• Tregaron Surgery, Tregaron

Directors and Board Members

There is equal representation from each of the GP surgeries on the Board of Cambria Primary Care. One GP from each surgery is a Director of the company.

The Directors that sit on the Board are:
